Ranamok glass prize 2007
The Ranamok Glass Prize is an annual A$10,000 acquisitive award for glass artists who are resident in Australia and New Zealand.
The work presented for consideration for the Ranamok Glass Prize is expected to be a major effort in the artist's personal body of work. This work should be innovative, displaying excellence and imagination in quality of idea and execution in contemporary practice.

The Glass Furnace is an international school which aims to provide intercultural sharing of glass. There were students from 27 different countries in the 2006 course program. The countries were Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Crotia, Czech Republic, Dutch Antilles, Equador, Estonia, Germany, Greece, India, Irland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Republic of China, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, UK and USA.
